I had my car’s oil changed on 12/31/24. The service was fine, but when I got the bill I was confused. The price posted on the sign at the center said it was $103.99 and that is what was listed on the invoice under the taxable amount, but the amount in the total column was $104.99. When I pointed this out the the services tech he couldn’t explain the difference, but said if it was a problem he could just give me the $1, which he did. My issue is this seems to be a computer billing problem. If it’s company wide then you may be upcharging each customer $1 for each vehicle you see. Please respond and explain.
